One of the lessons I have learned over the years is that you can perfectly execute a routine and still the timing of it be off. What it means is that the technique is invisible, but the rhythm is not right. This might not be visible to the untrained eye, but for me, it's self-evident when I see it in myself. It happens mainly because the routine is not in my blood; I am still thinking while executing the secret mechanisms needed to accomplish it. Here is a clear example. Well, clear at least for me. Again, raw and unedited footage of me registering the idea for this composition. I can spot the moments when I am thinking about what I need to do next. Can you?
